Data & security
Your card stays yours
All transactions are encrypted end-to-end with TLS 1.3. Card payments are authenticated with 3D Secure 2, and card numbers are never stored on our servers — they're tokenised by our payment processors (Shopify Payments, PayPal and Mollie), all PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant.
You'll get an order confirmation email the moment your payment is authorised. If anything goes wrong, your money is protected by your card issuer, PayPal buyer protection or Klarna.
Currency
Pay in your local currency
Select your region in the top-right of the store to see prices in your own currency — EUR, GBP, SEK, RON, CZK, DKK, HUF and many more are supported. We don't charge any currency conversion fee.
If you pay with a card in a currency that differs from the store's billing currency, your bank or card issuer will apply their own exchange rate and may add a foreign-transaction fee. Check with your bank if you're unsure.

At checkout, fill in your VAT number in the Additional tax details field. That's it — we'll automatically issue a compliant EU VAT invoice and email it to you after dispatch.

Cards, digital wallets, PayPal and Klarna are authorised the moment you place the order. You'll see a pending charge on your statement right away. iDEAL, Bancontact and other bank-based methods settle the same day. Bank transfer and cash on delivery charge at their own step.

Banks sometimes flag first-time international purchases for security. Try a different card or method, or call your bank to approve the transaction. If it keeps failing, email info@medpak.shop and we'll help you complete the order.
Can I change the payment method after placing an order?

Not directly in the order itself, but if you contact us within 30 minutes we can cancel the order and let you re-place it with a different method. Email info@medpak.shop.

Refunds always go back to the original payment method. Once we process your return, the refund is issued immediately on our side — it appears on your card/PayPal/Klarna within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. See our Refund Policy for full details.
How do I get a VAT invoice?
How do I get a VAT invoice?
Just fill in your VAT number in the Additional tax details field at checkout — Shopify validates the format for your country (e.g. PT + 9 characters for Portugal). The VAT invoice is issued automatically and emailed after dispatch.
Forgot at checkout? Email us within 7 days with your order number and VAT details and we'll re-issue the invoice.

Yes. After placing the order you can transfer the amount directly to our bank — funds typically credit within 1–2 business days and your parcel ships as soon as we confirm the deposit.
